The full platform

Everything RWA Society runs for your community

This is the whole product, module by module, in the words a committee actually uses. Start with billing and the gate in your first week. Switch on accounting, vendors, documents and governance when you are ready — same platform, same login, no second vendor.

Residents, flats & society structure

Your society's layout and its people, held in one place — and verified by the office before anyone gets access.

Flexible hierarchy Society, building, wing, floor and flat. Skip any level your layout does not have — a 40-flat single block needs no towers.
Flat records with owner and tenant Each flat carries its owner and its tenant details, so you know who to bill and who to call.
Residents register themselves A resident installs the app, picks their city, their society and their flat, and sends a join request.
The office approves or rejects Every join request is reviewed in Society Admin. Nobody gets into your society's data unverified.
Permanent resident QR On approval the resident is issued a permanent QR code they can show at the gate.
Family, domestic help & pets Residents maintain their own household records instead of sending the office a list once a year.

One resident directory that is actually current, because the residents keep it current.

Maintenance billing

Set the rule once, then raise the whole society's maintenance bills in a single run.

Billing rules you define Charge a flat rate per flat or bill per square foot. The rule is configured once and applied every cycle.
One bill run for the society Generate the billing cycle for every flat together, rather than editing flats one at a time.
Per-flat bills Every bill carries its billing period, the amount due and a due date the resident can see.
Arrears carried forward Unpaid amounts roll into the next cycle, so a missed month does not quietly disappear.
Receipts A receipt is raised against payment and stays attached to the flat's record for later reference.
Ledger for every flat Bills, payments and outstanding balance for one flat, with the full history on one screen.
"My bills" in the resident app Residents open their own bills and dues in the app instead of walking to the society office.

The monthly bill run stops being two evenings of spreadsheet work.

Online payments & collection

Residents pay from the app, and the money settles into the society's own bank account.

Razorpay and Cashfree Both gateways are supported. Use whichever one your society is comfortable holding an account with.
Your gateway, your bank account The society connects its own gateway account in Society Admin, Settings. Collections settle to the society directly.
UPI, card or netbanking Residents pay the way they already pay for everything else, from the phone in their hand.
Confirmation over secure webhooks The gateway confirms the payment to the platform directly — not through a screenshot in a group chat.
Receipt raised automatically A successful payment produces its receipt without anyone at the office writing one out.
Reconciled against the bill Each payment is matched to the bill it settles, so the flat's ledger closes itself.

Collections arrive without anyone chasing cheques door to door.

Society accounting

Real double-entry books for the society, fed by the billing and payments you are already running.

Chart of accounts Structure the society's heads of account the way your auditor expects to read them.
Double-entry journal entries Every entry has both sides. No single-column cash book that nobody can check afterwards.
General ledger Open any account head and read the movement behind the figure you are being asked about.
Expense recording Housekeeping, lift AMC, power bills and repairs recorded against the head they belong to.
Posted through from operations Billing and payment activity posts into the books, so the accounts and the collections agree.

Books your auditor and your members can both follow.

Visitors & gate security

The resident approves the visitor in advance. The guard scans, decides and the entry is recorded.

Visitor invites from the resident app The resident raises the invite and gets a QR pass they can send the guest on WhatsApp.
QR scan at the gate The guard scans the visitor's pass QR, or the resident's permanent QR when a resident arrives.
Approve or deny on the spot The guard records the decision at the gate. A denial is a recorded outcome, not a shrug.
Timestamped check-in and check-out You can tell not just who came in, but when they came in and when they left.
Deliveries, domestic help & staff Separate flows for each, because a delivery agent and a cook do not need the same handling.
Gate access log Every pedestrian gate event is written to the log, including the entries that were denied.
Emergency alert in one tap The guard raises an alert from the app without hunting for a number to ring first.

The guard stops phoning residents to verify guests, and every entry has a record.

Parking & vehicle logs

Who holds which slot, which vehicle belongs to which flat, and what passed the gate.

Parking slot records Keep the society's slots on record instead of in the corner of a notice board.
Slot allotment Allot a slot to a flat so the next parking argument starts from a record, not a memory.
Residents register their vehicles Vehicle details are added by the resident in the app and attached to their flat.
Gate vehicle log Entries and exits are recorded as vehicles pass the gate.
Searchable by the guard The guard can look up a vehicle at the gate instead of flipping back through a register.
Searchable by office and resident The office searches the whole log in Society Admin; a resident sees the entries for their own flat.

"Whose car is that" and "when did that vehicle leave" become one search.

Complaints & helpdesk

A numbered ticket with an owner and a status, instead of a message that scrolls away.

Categories the society defines Lift, water, housekeeping, electrical, security — whatever your society actually gets complaints about.
Numbered tickets Every complaint gets its own number, so it can be referred to in a meeting without ambiguity.
Status workflow A complaint moves through states, so "it is being looked at" has a visible meaning.
Assignment Hand the ticket to the manager, the committee member or the team who will actually close it.
Comment thread the resident follows Updates stay on the ticket and the resident reads them in the app, so nobody has to be chased for news.

Complaints stop dying in a WhatsApp group, and the committee can show what was actually fixed.

Amenities & bookings

The clubhouse, the hall and the courts booked from the app, on the society's own terms.

Amenity records Clubhouse, gym, party hall, courts — each one set up with its own details.
Slot bookings from the resident app Residents pick a slot themselves rather than sending the secretary a message at ten at night.
Your rules applied The society's booking rules are enforced by the system, so the answer is the same for everybody.
A record of every booking Who booked what, and when, stays on record for the committee to refer back to.

No more double-booked clubhouse on a Saturday.

Notices, alerts & email

Announcements that land in the resident's app and stay readable afterwards.

Announcements in the resident app Water shutdown, AGM notice, painting schedule — published once and kept in one place.
Push notifications Residents are told when something new is posted, rather than being expected to go looking.
Per-resident notification preferences Each resident controls what they are notified about, which keeps the important notices credible.
Your own SMTP settings Transactional email, including password reset codes, goes out from the society's own address.

Notices reach residents and stay readable, instead of scrolling away in a group chat.

Staff, vendors & contracts

The people and firms who keep the society running, with their paperwork attached.

Society staff records Housekeeping, gardeners, electricians and office staff held as records, not as names on a roster sheet.
Staff entry at the gate The guard app has its own staff entry flow, so staff attendance at the gate is captured.
Vendor master One list of the society's vendors, with their details where the next committee can find them.
Vendor contracts The lift AMC, the housekeeping contract and the security agency agreement on record.
Vendor invoices Invoices recorded against the vendor they came from, alongside the society's expenses.

The AMC renewal and the housekeeping contract stop living in someone's inbox.

Documents, assets & inventory

The society's paperwork and property, recorded so it survives a change of committee.

Document vault Bye-laws, meeting minutes, approvals and past notices stored against the society rather than a personal drive.
Asset register Lifts, pumps, gensets and equipment listed with the details you need when something fails.
Inventory records Consumables and spares — bulbs, cleaning supplies, pump parts — tracked instead of guessed at.

The next committee inherits the paperwork, not a mystery.

Governance, polls & reports

Meetings, decisions and the numbers behind them, kept where members can be shown them.

Meetings with agendas Set the agenda for a committee meeting or an AGM before it happens, not afterwards.
Minutes Minutes are recorded against the meeting they belong to and stay retrievable later.
Resident polls Ask the members a question and keep the recorded outcome, instead of counting reactions in a chat.
Reports with saved presets Save the reports you run every month as presets, so the same numbers come out the same way.

Decisions and the data behind them are on the record.

Platform, roles & security

Your society's money and member data sit behind proper isolation, roles and an audit trail.

Multi-society isolation Every record belongs to your society and is scoped to it at the database level.
Role-based permissions Committee, accountant, manager and guard each see only what their role allows.
Audit logging on sensitive actions Logins, user changes, billing and payment actions are written to an audit trail.
JWT sessions with refresh tokens Sessions are short-lived and renewed, rather than a password left sitting in a browser.
4-digit MPIN on the apps Residents and guards sign in with an MPIN — quick enough for a shared gate handset.
Forgot password by emailed code A time-limited code is emailed out, so a lost password does not need a phone call to the office.
Secrets encrypted at rest Stored payment gateway and SMTP credentials are encrypted where they are held.
Rate limiting on authentication Sign-in attempts are throttled, which makes guessing at a resident's login impractical.

A committee handover is a login change, not an act of faith.

Where societies start

You do not have to switch all of it on at once

Most committees begin with the two things that cause the most trouble — the monthly bill and the gate — and add the rest over the following weeks. Both plans include a 14-day free trial, and annual billing saves two months.

Prices exclude GST. The resident and guard apps are included.

Bring your own society to the walkthrough

Thirty minutes, no slides. We set up your structure on the call, run a sample bill for a flat, and take a visitor pass from the resident app through to the gate scan.
