Do we pay per resident?
No. One subscription covers the whole society — every committee member, every
resident and every guard. The resident and guard Android apps are free to download
and there is no per-user charge, so encouraging more residents onto the app costs
you nothing.
Do you take a commission on maintenance collections?
No. Your society connects its own Razorpay or Cashfree account, so collections
settle directly into the society's bank account and never pass through us. The only
transaction cost is the gateway's own fee, agreed between your society and the
gateway.
What counts towards the flat limit?
The number of flats you have created in the society structure. Starter covers up to
100 flats across 5 buildings; Professional covers up to 500 flats across 20
buildings. Vacant flats still count, because the platform still holds their records
and their ledger.
Can we start on Starter and move up later?
Yes, and most societies should. Get billing and the gate working first. When the
committee wants the books, the vendor contracts and the governance record in the
same system, move to Professional — your data stays exactly where it is.
Is GST included?
No. All prices on this page exclude GST, which is added on the invoice at the
applicable rate.
What does the annual plan save us?
Two months. Starter is ₹29,990 a year instead of ₹35,988 paid monthly, and
Professional is ₹79,990 instead of ₹95,988. If your society budgets annually anyway,
it is the obvious choice.
Can we move our existing dues and records across?
Flats, residents and opening balances can be loaded during onboarding so your first
bill run starts from the right number. Tell us what you have — spreadsheet, Tally
export, or a printed register — when you book your demo and we'll tell you exactly
what it takes for a society your size.
We're a builder handing over to the RWA. Which plan?
Talk to us about Enterprise. If you are handing over one property, Professional is
usually enough. If you are running several projects, or a facility management
company operating across societies, Enterprise keeps each society's data isolated
while giving your team one place to work from.
